Some history buffs like to gather memorabilia about the US presidents and Presidents' Day gives them the perfect opportunity to buy new items. Biographies of presidents and books of quotes from famous presidents make for good additions for book collectors. You can also purchase DVDs or Blu-Rays of movies or documentaries about a president.
Another option to celebrate Presidents' Day is to decorate the house with patriotic items. You can plant a small US flag on the front lawn. Hang up red, white and blue garlands and streamers. People can buy framed portraits or prints to put on their walls or photos and busts to place on their desks.
